QualityAssurance

Our team of Quality Auditors visits factories daily to conduct in-line audits, ensuring quality at every needlepoint. Once the shipment is packed, final audits are performed based on AQL 2.5 or 1 standards, and a detailed report is shared with the customer for shipment approval.

Additionally, all samples—including development, fitting, and shipment samples—are thoroughly evaluated by our auditors before being sent to the customer.

In-Line Audit Done by Quality Assurance Department

We conduct in-line audits at key production stages, including stitching, washing, finishing, and embroidery. Our auditors monitor production, guide workers on improvements, and check output during Work In Progress (WIP). If issues arise, we halt production, rectify them, and proceed—ensuring quality from the start instead of facing problems at the final stage.

Final Inspection Done by Quality Control Department

Once the shipment is packed, our auditors randomly select cartons and evaluate samples. This includes checking measurements, styling, fabric, workmanship, minor finishing faults, shade band range, and accessories. We also conduct an accuracy audit to ensure the packing list matches carton quantities. Based on the required AQL, we compile a report for final shipment approval.

Pre Production Meeting Done by Quality Assurance Department

A Pre-Production (PP) Meeting is conducted before production begins. The factory prepares a Production Check Run (PCR) and Our auditors evaluate measurements, patterns, and wash to ensure they align with the customer-approved sample. This process also helps assess fabric shrinkage and other technical aspects. Once our auditors approve the complete size range measurements and patterns, the factory is permitted to proceed with production.

MarginControl

Maximizing your margins starts with smarter sourcing. Our team ensures better profitability for our clients by negotiating the best possible prices with garment manufacturers and raw material suppliers.

With deep expertise in supplier costing, we navigate complex pricing structures to secure the most competitive rates. We have a thorough understanding of key cost drivers—fabric, trims, labor, and production efficiencies—allowing us to optimize every aspect for cost-effectiveness without compromising on quality.

Beyond just pricing, we recognize what suppliers need, ensuring negotiations are strategic, balanced, and sustainable. This approach helps us achieve the lowest sustainable price while maintaining strong supplier relationships, ultimately benefiting your bottom line.

Costing Deep understanding of Costing

With our experience, local presence, and deep understanding of supplier costing, we know the true garment cost. This ensures sustainable margins through smart negotiations and cost efficiency.

Capacity Blocking With Garment Suppliers

We secure production capacity with our regular suppliers, ensuring priority access at lower overhead costs. Suppliers benefit from a steady business, reducing their biggest expense—capacity loss—while our clients gain reliable production at optimal rates.

Raw Material - Fabric Clubbing at limited Mills

Fabric is the biggest cost driver in a garment. We consolidate fabric sourcing to a select group of partner mills, maximizing volume to secure better raw material prices. This strategic approach ensures cost efficiency and consistency in quality.

Raw MaterialManagement

We source new fabrics to match client requirements while maintaining strong relationships with mills to ensure consistent quality and pricing. Our team also identifies reliable accessory suppliers, ensuring they develop trims as per specifications. From development to bulk production, we actively follow up to guarantee timely delivery and the right quality.

Low MOQ As low as 300 per color

We also offer a dedicated low MOQ program for smaller brands. With 100,000 meters of fabric in stock across 25–30 varieties, we ensure flexibility and quick delivery. Our strong industry ties allow us to secure fabric MOQs as low as 2,000 meters—far below the market standard of 5,000 meters.

Sustainable Fabrics Certified Fabrics

We offer a range of sustainable fabrics, including organic (GOTS) and recycled cotton (GRS), laser-friendly fabrics, and low-water fabrics, helping brands meet their sustainability goals.

Raw Material Timeline Management

To ensure timely delivery and top quality, our team closely monitors bulk raw materials directly at the source, keeping production on track and meeting required standards.

Compliance Audit Of Garment Factory

We conduct thorough compliance audits of garment factories, following the same rigorous standards set by global certification bodies. Some of our auditors are certified by TUV, ensuring a high level of expertise in evaluating factory practices. Once the audit is complete, the findings are discussed in detail with the top management of the factory to address any issues and ensure CAP (Corrective Action Plan) is properly followed.

Complainace Check Of Complete Chain of Raw Material

We ensure that the factories we work with source only compliant raw materials. Our team carefully reviews their sourcing methods and practices to ensure adherence to global standards. In some cases, we also conduct audits of the raw material sources themselves, verifying that all materials meet ethical and quality compliance requirements. This comprehensive approach ensures that the entire supply chain is responsible and transparent.

Supplier Relationship Management

We manage strong, transparent relationships with suppliers on behalf of our clients to ensure alignment with overall strategy. This proactive approach helps us avoid confusion and uncertainties that could arise later. Most importantly, it allows us to assess the ethical standards followed by the supplier’s ownership, which is critical when making key decisions that impact long-term partnerships and success.
